Empire offers asbestos surveys and inspection services that fulfill the needs of all of our clients. Our clients include residential (single-family dwellings or multi-family units), commercial, government, schools/universities, hospitals, and most other public/private properties. 

If ACM (Asbestos Containing Materials) materials are found during an inspection/survey, the Empire team is equipped to assist in all aspects of the abatement process including project design, project management including finding the right abatement contractor, on-site air monitoring, clearance, and any other aspect your asbestos project may need.

Empire utilizes several third-party, accredited laboratories to analyze all bulk samples of suspect ACM (PLM & TEM) and provide speedy, reliable analysis they can trust. Our relationships with these laboratories allow us to confidently turn these results around to our clients in as little as 48 hours (with some exceptions).

Empire also has an ELAP accredited, in-house laboratory that uses PCM (Phase Contrast Microscopy) to conduct fiber analysis as well as OSHA analysis for abatement projects.
